Who we are

Led by someone who has been where you are

Groundwork Consulting is led by Rik Rambo, a three-time Executive Director, retired Air Force Master Sergeant, and 15+ year veteran of nonprofit and behavioral health leadership.

Rik has managed organizations through COVID, staffing crises, compliance failures, board dysfunction, and budget shortfalls and guided them out the other side. He brings particular depth in opioid treatment and behavioral health, having served as Program Director at OUD treatment clinics in both Michigan and Florida, leading multidisciplinary teams, navigating complex compliance environments, and improving outcomes for hundreds of patients each month.

MBA. BSW. 21 years of military service. That is not a biography. It is a credential stack built in the field.
